Welcome to your Tabletop Farm! 🎉 This guide will walk you through assembling, setting up, and starting your first grow cycle. Follow these steps carefully, and soon, you’ll be growing fresh food right from your home!

📦 What’s in Your Kit?

Before starting, make sure you have everything:
✅ Grow Chamber & Chassis Parts (Base, Sides, Top, Plexiglass Panels)
✅ Electronics & Sensors (BeagleBone Black, pH & EC Sensors, Air Pump, LED Grow Lights)
✅ Reservoir & Water System (Water Tray, Air Stone, Tubing)
✅ Plant Cube Tray
✅ Starter Nutrients & Seeds

🔧 Step 1: Assemble the Tabletop Farm

1️⃣ Build the Base: Attach the left, right, top, and bottom panels to form the base. Ensure keyholes align.
2️⃣ Install the Columns: Connect the four corner columns to the base. Some columns have sensor holes—align them correctly.
3️⃣ Attach the Top Panel: Carefully place the top panel, ensuring all tabs and slots align.

Pro Tip: Double-check that all parts fit snugly before moving to the next step!

🔌 Step 2: Install Electronics & Sensors

1️⃣ Insert the Sensors:

• pH & EC Sensors → Thread them through the correct columns, ensuring they reach the reservoir.
• Water Temperature Sensor → Place inside the reservoir.
  2️⃣ Connect the Air Pump & Tubing:
• Attach the air stone to the tubing and place it inside the reservoir.
• Connect the tubing to the air pump nozzle.
  3️⃣ Attach the LED Grow Lights:
• Ensure all lights are securely connected and positioned for optimal plant growth.
  4️⃣ Power Up the BeagleBone Black:
• Connect the micro USB power supply and ensure the system boots up.

💦 Step 3: Add Water & Nutrients

1️⃣ Fill the Reservoir with 2 liters of water (preferably filtered).
2️⃣ Add Nutrients according to the provided instructions. Mix well!
3️⃣ Check pH Levels (Ideal range: 5.5 – 6.5). Adjust with pH up/down solution if needed.

🌱 Step 4: Plant Your First Crop!

1️⃣ Insert the Plant Cube Tray into the grow chamber.
2️⃣ Place Seeds or Seedlings in the designated holes.
3️⃣ Ensure Proper Spacing for optimal growth.

📡 Step 5: Connect & Monitor Your Farm

1️⃣ Connect to WiFi – Follow the software setup guide to link your farm to the online dashboard.
2️⃣ Check Climate & Sensor Readings – Ensure temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels are stable.
3️⃣ Turn on the Grow Lights & Air Pump – This starts the growing process!

🎉 Step 6: Watch Your Food Grow!

✅ Monitor plant growth daily.
✅ Keep an eye on water levels & refill when needed.
✅ Adjust light cycles & nutrient levels based on plant needs.
